The Jane Austen High Tea

The Locke & Noble Tea Company prepare and serve the marvelous selection of teas and foods. Following was the menu for the 2008 High Tea. The menu for 2009 is still under development:

Menu –

Sandwiches: Carrot Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Cranberry, Herbed Egg, & New England Cucumber

Soups: Pemberley’s Mulligatawny Soup, Bennet’s Roasted Winter Squash Soup, Cheese Sables

Meat: King John’s Stuffed Yorkshire Pudding with Cabernet Sauvignon Hunters Sauce, Regency Macaroni and Cheese

Desserts: Lemon Curd Filled Poppy Seed Cake, Rosemary Shortbread, Chocolate Ganache Cake, English Trifle, Caterine de Bourgh’s Assorted Chocolate, Fruited Biscuits
